Wondersource’s mission is to support people to have better mental, physical and spiritual health. As such, we are committed to providing a credible, supportive, inspiring and positive environment for all of our users.

It is a privilege for you and our client’s to be here and we will always do our best to ensure that you have a good experience. We welcome connection and feedback – please email us at admin@wondersource.co with ideas, considerations or just to say hi!

Code of Conduct

How am I expected to conduct myself with clients? Wondersource is a place where people can turn to to get support whether it be with their mental, physical or spiritual health or career – all areas that make up living a healthy, fulfilling life! We trust that all of our coaches, experts and practitioners will conduct themselves in a professional and supportive manner. We treat everyone as an individual and want to meet them where they’re at.

Provide clear expectations upfront: Be clear on your profile page about whether you will be open to in account messaging with your client. This is not required; however, we’ve found it to be beneficial in our own experience with coaches and practitioners.

Be responsive: If you say that you are open to messaging, please confirm how responsive you expect to be (ex. 1-2/week).

Avoid cancellation and refunds: We of course appreciate that things come up occasionally and sometimes the time of your meeting will no longer work for you. That’s ok. If that is the case, please email admin@wondersource.co to let us know and suggest three other times that work for you. We will then coordinate with your client and you to find a new time.
