After training as a dancer and performing across Europe and the Middle East, I came across yoga and was instantly hooked. It complemented my dance training, helped with recovery from injuries and made the bustle of London a little easier to cope with. Since completing my initial teacher training with The Power Yoga Company in 2015, I am now a 500 hour Certified Yoga Instructor.
I teach a variety of yoga styles, from dynamic Power Yoga to a more gentle flow, drawing on influences from a dance and athletic background. Focusing on breath and alignment, the practice will help build muscle tone and strength as well as improve flexibility. In addition to the physical benefits, I incorporate mindfulness and meditation in all my practices to give students the tools they need to manage daily stresses. Sure to challenge but also leave you feeling grounded and relaxed.
