I can help with marathon training and preparation aiming for 'Personal Bests' (PBs) whether or not it's your first running experience or you are a seasoned runner. With my experience as a Personal Trainer and running Ultra -marathons like Race to the Stones 50k, Race to the King 83km, Katherine Switzer 261 Women’s Marathon as well as the London Marathon, I am well placed to provide tailored training marathon programs. As a Personal Trainer, I also love to help clients improve their level of fitness and make healthy lifestyle changes.
Running is my passion! I am an advanced runner for over 25 years and I have run several marathons, includng ultra marathons, and races and have been a pacer for Nike Running. In addition, I've been a Personal Trainer for over 10 years helping clients acheive thier fitness goals virtually and in person.
I trained with Miriam during my pregnancy and I also followed a post – pregnancy program with her. It was the best way to stay fit before I gave birth and a great way to have a nice recovery period. With her help, I felt so energetic even just having had a baby.
