How can I help

With functional medicine there’s no one-size-fits-all cure, so even if you and a friend have the same symptoms or condition you won’t get the same treatment plan. After all, your journeys have been entirely different and unique. That’s why I like to tell my clients up front that although there’s plenty of easy-to-apply advice I can give, I might not be able to truly help you in just one or two nutrition consultations. It’s a commitment – but in return I commit to helping you get to the bottom of what’s holding you back from full health. All new clients begin with an initial nutrition consultation which typically takes 90 minutes.

This includes:

  • Taking a thorough medical and health history
  • Reviewing your current diet and nutritional supplements
  • Discussing any current and relevant blood work
  • Providing you with some foundational nutritional advice to follow based on your case review
  • Ordering any appropriate functional tests

After the appointment I will reflect on all the information gathered and create a foundational nutrition plan for you to follow. This written report will detail your bespoke food plan, lifestyle advice and appropriate supplement regimen targeted to your situation.

Following the first initial case review appointment you will be contacted to schedule follow up appointments throughout the remainder of your treatment plan.

What to expect:
During your first follow up I will provide:

Verbal explanations of any lab results, along with a written report
Targeted dietary and lifestyle guidelines
A personalised supplement program

During subsequent follow ups I will:

Monitor your response to treatment
Explain any new lab findings Adjust treatment based upon laboratory findings and your level of responsiveness
Order any follow up testing needed as treatment progress
Work to improve your health as soon as possible

Testimonials

With a history of endometriosis, I was very concerned that I may have trouble conceiving naturally and was keen to adapt my lifestyle, particularly my diet, to try and help avoid having to undergo fertility treatment. Talking to an experienced, understanding nutritionist seemed to be my best course of action. Rosie provided me with invaluable nutritional guidance, focused on tailoring my diet and lifestyle. I am delighted to say that after several months of following her advice, I conceived naturally. I am now pregnant and Rosie is supporting me further with nutrition and lifestyle advice. I am really grateful for the help and support that Rosie has given me throughout this process and I will continue to work with her until my family is complete.

Emma London

For 15 years, doctors always told me I was suffering from IBS. I thought my fate was sealed and feared I was going to live with these symptoms for the rest of my life. I felt desperate and worried that I would never be able to enjoy my food again. First and foremost, Rosie ran some tests to determine how healthy my gut was. The test revealed that I am highly intolerant to ‘mustard’ – a condiment that I was eating almost every day, which was causing bad bacteria to develop in my gut. When Rosie told me she could remedy the problem in just 3 months, I wanted to cry and jump for joy! I’ve been following her advice for two months now, and all I can say is that my stomach problems are no more. Rosie has changed my life and I will be eternally thankful for her help and the support she gave me.
