From our first meeting Alex really made me think about what it was I wanted to do, structuring my goals in a way that I’d never thought of before, helping me focus on the things that really mattered to me and how I could achieve them. The weekly sessions reignited a dwindling self-belief and hunger that inspired me to challenge my beliefs in a positive way. Until the sessions, I was so focussed on how to get there I never thought if this was really what I wanted. Subsequent sessions seemed to challenge my beliefs in a positive way and at every step of the way the solutions came from me. Not once did Alex say that I should do this or that I should do that. This has helped with my confidence in a range of different situations. This experience with Alex as my coach has been an honour, a gift.
